We need to embrace modern technology

While I've worked for the UK Crop Protection Association for the pas 18 months, I've worked in a wide variety of areas within the food and agriculture business, including organic and wholefoods. As a result, I don't have a one-dimensional outlook on the future of food.

One of the major debates in recent years has been about organic farming and whether we should move to a pesticide-free agriculture.
